Free My Heart is an intense, and powerful transformational journey for profound inter-generational forgiveness, healing & Heart opening, learning and exploring the fields of consciousness, relationships & Intimacy.

In order to surrender to the deep love within ourselves and with others - we will use various healing methods, like Karim's Conscious Relating Codes, unique Coaching technique, Forgiveness Rituals, passive and active Meditations, Boundaries & Desires practices, the Wheel of Consent & Karim's couples therapy technique for the triggers that arise in any relationship.

In this training we will have a chance to realize and to practice how relationships in general, and specific intimate relationships, are the best platform for healing our deepest wounds.

We will have intimate relationships with the rest of the participants in the training (just by the mere fact that we share deep practices with them), and they will be the best activators of our wounds. We will take responsibility for our own emotions, we will create a safe container to express those emotions that arise, and thus we can release them. The release of those emotions, is also the healing of our wounds and it is also the way to forgive and come back to Love.

We'll have a chance not just to recognize and express our boundaries, but also to expand beyond them.

Using the technology of Karim's couple therapy for any trigger that will arise throughout the training in order to heal our wounds, expand and learn what to do in our own Intimate relationships when the triggers arise.

🔻 Qi - Gong

Qi - Gong (‘The Art of Energy’) is a moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind, support us to activate and balance our energetic body.

🔻 Kashmiri Tantra Massage (No genitals)

Kashmiri Tantra Massage is a soft and deep therapeutic technique that teach us ho to become pure channels for the divine energy that can go through us to our partners. We will learn and practice to trust our intuition and with the special technique of the Kashmiri Tantra massage we will dive into a deep healing journey to our physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies.

A unique and extremely important part of this Elite program is the 3 months Mentorship Follow through program for implementing the tools we learned into our daily life to keep the expansion and transformation journey. The Mentorship includes -
